AI Expert
Role: As an AI Expert at Growing pAI, you play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our AI platform for automated order intake. You work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop, test, and optimize innovative AI solutions. You contribute to improving the accuracy, speed, and scalability of our AI models and help bringing our POCs to a internal SaaS tool to scale rapidly towards multiple clients.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in AI-software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML, NLP.
- Experience in building API-driven applications or willingness to learn.
- Engineering mindset: problem-solving, quick prototyping, and iterative improvements.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Data Scientist

Data Engineer
Role: As an experienced Data Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining our state-of-the-art data infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to work on both streaming (IoT) and batch data processing cases, using the Microsoft Azure stack in combination with Databricks.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Azure stack and Databricks; experience with Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.
- Skilled in developing both streaming and batch data processing solutions.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with any additional languages being beneficial.
